I just checked my Goodyear F1 EMTs on my car and after the DOT letters, there is three series of four numbers/letters on mine. The last set are all numbers and that gives me the manufacture date. I would think yours should be the same pattern but if not, perhaps talk to your Goodyear dealer and see what they say.
