I'd like to get a spare rubber boot cover for the shifter/shifter box. This is the part that is modified by cutting to allow re-installation over an MGW shifter. Would anyone know the part number?

I have a cut boot for an MGW shifter I will trade for an un-cut boot.

Approximately, how big diameter hole was cut out of the tunnel close out boot?
I may be mistaken but I believe that item has been discontinued from GM.
Thanks duegatti,
I see after watching the MGW install proceedure that you pretty much destroy the original GM close out boot., for ever wanting to go back to any other type shifter

I have not made the cut yet; there is a description of the process and the cut in a video on the MGW website.
Both the boot and the shifter/box assembly are listed as special order items on GMPartsdirect.com. There's not much in the way of information on availability. I know it's a bare bones, low cost parts provider, but I'll be ticked if I needed to check availability before placing this order.
