Sorry to be away so long guys. Was not an insurance claim issue. I also carry $1,000 deductible so the first money was out of my pocket anyway. HUD windshield, after market, supplied and installed by Safelite. They were able to save and reuse my moldings. The windshield cost was $615.00, installation charge was $60.00, disposal of old windshield $9.95. Total price out the door was $715.70 including the $30.75 for sales tax. If the moldings had to be replaced an additional $459.00 was their charge and they keep them in stock at this Safelite location. Took them about an hour and a half to do the job.

Windshield was listed as 807698 W/Shield, Solar, Heads Up Disp

I just had the windshield replaced in my '98. It had wiper marks in the glass from the first owner. I've never used them. I also replaced all the windshield moldings. The windshield cost me $450 and the moldings were considerably more.

I know I want to do this really bad - PLUS ours have the antenna in the glass as well!

Which does make it a little more too!

Thanks for the info on the $Price!

Thanks,Matt

Had mine replaced with OEM no charge under comprehensive. This included new moldings too. Not having comprehensive on expensive cars is just plain crazy.
