Which is better at freeing a sticky gas sending unit, Sea Foam or Techron? I used Techron for my last two treatments, as well as using only Texaco or Chevron gas, but I need to buy a couple more bottles to continue treating my system and thought I'd check before heading out.
Unfortunately Techron isn't on sale right now, and when it was I bought the last two bottles they had in the store. I guess I'll give Sea Foam a try and fill up at the Texaco down the street to mix a little Techron in with it.

All I have used is Techron in mine. Either one will work - try the SeaFoam and see if that solves you fuel sending unit problem. If not, go back to Techron.
I seafoamed the top of the engine once, and I use it in the tank once in a while, but mostly I use the Techron in the tank. Dont think you can go wrong with either

I was able to buy 2 bottles of Sea Foam for the price of one bottle of Techron, so I got two of them and filled up at Chevron. Maybe Techron will be on sale next time.
