the HPS is what most would call a sporty daily driver pad. there is some dusting, can be a fairly short pad life depending on how they are driven but otherwise a good bang for your buck.
ten years ago they were the street pad to have. that said they have been slightly outclassed by the axxis ultimates and porterfield R4S
basically a pad for someone who wants something better than stock but doesn't want to deal with the rotor eating dust monsters that are the HP+
personally i like the HP+ on the street but they are not for everyone
Best pads I have had on the Vette. What ever you do, never let anyone talk you into ceramics ! You just do realize how bad the Vette stops with ceramics until you put on a set a hawk HPS. It was like a new car. Its amazing how deep you can brake.
