Congrats!!
So hows the driveway problem? Mine scrapes everytime I leave no matter how we pull out. Been a year + now no noticable damage yet. I have to admit with this heat wave we've had, the tops been up for the last week or so.

Beautiful vert, congrats on finding such a great example.
Also congrats on ending your search, I'm jealous because mine continues.

The driveway turns out to be no problem. Right now I am backing it in but I may find a good angle going forward with practice. The wheel chock is just old habit from my "vintage" car ownership....and I heard the parking brakes are suspect on C5's. Everyone in the family got rides today and the car is just settling in to it's new home. I still need to play with all the buttons and as soon as the heat wave breaks I'll try to put a coat of wax on it. I'm loving the color combo and glad I didn't get a full black interior with a convertible. I'm a top down kinda guy and may never put it back up now that it's down. I have no intention to modify other than to complete the Z51 suspension upgrade the previous owner started.

Actually I am looking for a nice front plate with the corvette logo. Really....the only mods are going to be the switch over to the Z51 suspension being finished.....honestly....

Not only do you have good taste in cars, but also good taste in beverages.
