Next I would do a serious wash, clay and a swirl remover next. Then probably a glaze and finally a polish. You will be amazed at what black will do when treated properly.
Beautiful car, congrats. I've experienced the HUD droop which was explained on this forum. Ignition switch problem solved by cleaning the key and the 'rocking chair effect' with the solution on the forum. I had the computer tune up which eliminated the throttle delay built in by the factory and the shift points adjusted. It made a huge difference in how the car performed. I turned off the automatic headlights since I had to replace both motors. Since the car was in the garage, every time I started it, the headlights opened and then closed when I pulled out into the daylight.

Congrats on getting your C5 vert - it's a great looking car. Don't worry about asking questions - this forum is a fantastic resource for getting to know all about the C5 and also for making decisions on what mods work and what don't should you go down that path.
