I am actually about to buy the Er2...This thread gives me even more confidence in the purchase. 
Installer said that all I need is what comes with the kit which includes bearing, pressure plate, clutch disc, flywheel and bolts...He said that he will order the oem cylinders, master & slave. Is that going to be okay? My car is pretty much stock and all I eventually want to add is just a honker/tune. Thanks for any input!

I replaced mine because they aren't real expensive and pretty easy to put in.

OK update: Mantic was installed and ran in 1/2 mile roll on's on Oct 3. First impressions: Pedal feel is firmer than stock, and release point is further from the floor. Shifts are clean and confident (used to have concern about going into 5th, vs 3rd..or heaven forbid reverse). I do have an an MGW short shifter. So far, seat of the pants tells me its hooking up better..but I do have a traction issue (tires).

You know, Its kinda subjective, but I would say about 3/4 of the way out(from the top)..vs about 1/2 way out for the stock clutch. So maybe about 3 inches from the top. Ill drive it tomorrow and try to pay attention and report back.
