When you love something so much...
I will admit that at 300 pounds some of them comment on how in the hell I get in and out of the car and then they laugh when I show them but I'm ok being the fat kid as long as I get to be the
fat kid.Driving this car gives me almost the same feeling as asking a senior cheerleader out and her saying yes except I get that feeling every day with this car. I think my wife is even jealous of it! Had to share.....keep your glass fast my friends.

What's even better is that with every passing day, there are less C5s on the road. Which makes the really nice and well-cared for C5s get even more attention.

Also cuts wayyyy down on side bolster wear!!

So I proceeded to take apart a perfectly good running car.
8 months later, just in time for the Oregon sun, it emerged with 150+ more hp, a new A4, new 3.42 gears, and a Z06+ suspension. Did all of the work myself.
It now goes low 11's, handles flat, looks great!
When I go out to the parking lot at work for a smoke, I look at my own car. They are just georgeous. And fun! I look forward to my commute, even if it's stop and go the whole 13 miles.
Yes, it makes me smile, and I am going to be miserable come winter. I won't drive it in the rain.
Thanks OP, good post.
