Default Quick lowering questions

I have my 'o2 base vette on a friends two post lift for ball joints, steering rack, and harmonic balancer change. So it is definately headed to the alignment shop for the full treatment anyway, I've been reading a lot of info about lowering on the stock suspension and have decided that I would like to lower around 3/4". Problem is, it was a pain to get my car ramped up enough for the lift to pick it up, so I would like to avoid doing it more than neccesary and the floor of the shop is so uneven as to make any type of measurement futile. The car is as set up in Bowling Green 44Kmiles ago, and I want to maintain the rake of the car to preserve handling. Questions are, does turning all adjusters an equal number times accomplish this? Could any one please tell me around how many turns it would take to equal out to around a 3/4" drop? I would love to make it a one-trip for a full 4 wheel alignment. Thank you for your help. I've searched and can find no relevent info.
