[Z06] Valve adjustment

Valve adjustment
These cams in a z06 are the hdraulic or solid? I am assuming roller? I just started a thread on a car i may buy tomorrow. I am hearing a tick from a lifter or an exhaust leak. How do you adjust valves in these ? Is there an adjustment? I am good with engines, just never looked into one of these?

I believe you need to step back from buying this car.
It would be different if you were buying from an individual that knew & had the paper work & the stats of the modified engine cam, lifters, pushrods, springs, heads etc, etc.
Your buying an unknown can of worms, in regards to the modified engine.
Take a deep breath & clear your head.
These C5's for the most part still look like they just came off the assembly line.
Don't buy one that has ???? on it.
There are plenty out there, take your time & find one.

Man look at the car really good if you are getting a really good deal on it. If the check out on the motor trans and rear, is good and that is what you are looking for go for it. There are ways to get info on the car and who had it befor the car lot got it.
