My 2003 AE/DD weather striping is showing some signs of cracking/deterorating. It is a previous Florida car and was not maintained as it should have been. I have used Dielectic Silicone in an atempt to restore its look without having to replace it. I have no leaks however some wind noise at the top of the windows. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

Do a search for "window tip in." It's a simple procedure and 90% of the time will help fix the wind noise.
As for the weather stripping...If it isn't leaking yet you might want to hold off on replacing it as it can be a bit pricey (unless it looks really bad and it bothers you enough )
on weatherstrip and hoses, only. It's easier than using dielectric grease and combined with the use of a car cover when outdoors for more than a couple of hours, keeps my weatherstrip in great shape.

I use spray on liquid silicone on my weather stripping and it not only keeps it soft it protects from UV rays. I got the idea when I was in Las Vegas looking at the Imperial Palace car collection and saw a curator spraying it on a rag and then wiping it on the weather stripping of a Gullwing and the rubber window slide. I asked the guy about it and he told me they had been using it for years and only use it for weather stripping and side window rubber. They have different solutions for different rubber parts. For instance he said they use Armorall low shine on radiator and heater hoses.
