For a 2 year O/S assignment, I did everything you have suggested, it worked just fine except for one thing-MICE! They chewed up the hood liner, nested on the engine, made a mess, etc. Read up on this problem and use a multi-layered defense strategy. In FLA you may also have a problem with spider (mud) wasps...

I didn't see anything about a car cover. I'd probably put one of them on just to not have the dust sitting on the paint for 2 years and getting embedded.
There seems to be differing opinion on putting the car on stands. If nothing else, I'd probably raise it some, just so if a tire goes flat (not hard to imagine in 2 years) then the thing isn't sitting on that sidewall.
I'd sell it and put the money in a safe investment and buy another one on your return...what if they say they need you there another 2 years? Save yourself the worry and enjoy the kimchi!
I take it you're Army or taking a spouse? Being in the AF it's only a 1yr tour unless you bring a spouse in which case its 2.
Anywho I'm really surprised only one other person suggested a car cover to avoid dust build up possibly messing up the clear coat. Def put out some poison and see if management or anyone can check on it every few months to make sure dead things aren't rotting away in there. If you've got the funds maybe one of those bubble/dome fully sealed car storage systems, but that's a bit much.
Good luck in Korea and if its your first time, be sure to get off base/post and actually see Korea to enjoy it. Far too many times do I hear people say negative things about their time there, but when asked if they did anything they say no...idiots.
Run the fuel down as much as possible and fill the gas tank with av-gas and double amount of stabil. I did it with a Harley near Daytona Beach and the bike started and ran fine after 2 years. Good luck in Korea.

3rd time to Korea, AF, it was either do two as a First Sergeant or do one as a First Sergeant and then go to Minot as a cop.

I literally just dropped a buttload of money in the motor like two months ago from the deployment I just got back from. Not going to sell it now. Id have to get a C6 Z06 just to get the same HP I have now.
Your car is going to be fine. Let's look at the issues and then look at reasonable solutions:
Flat spotting? Inflate the tires to 40psi, if the tires do flat spot buy a new set when you get back. Much less expensive than selling your recently modded car and buying another one. Also much better than having the suspension unsprung for that length of time.
Gas going bad? Fill the tank. Pull the plugs and spray some oil in the cylinders. Crank it 30 sec with the plugs out to get the walls coated with the oil. When you get back pay a few bucks to have the car flat bedded to a shop and have the old gas drained and refilled with fresh and a new filter.
Rodents? Sprinkle rat poison on the engine and on the carpet. You can vacuum it up when you get back. Also make sure to put some desiccant in the interior as well.
Vandalism? Talk to your insurance agent and be sure to keep the proper insurance on the car.

"I'll take 2 please."
Lived in Minot 4yrs cause my father got orders after making rank. Now enlisted I wouldn't want to send my worst enemy there. I've got family in Korea on my mother's side so I'll do 2yrs there anytime.
