I'm sure a lot of you have done this but I thought I'd give it a try. So I bought the projectors from ebay and a set of xenon HID lamps & ballasts. Unfortunately you don't get instructions that are very helpful. Fortunately this forum has Patches, and using his tutorial I was able to complete the install in about 8 hours. The hardest part was the wiring. I thought I had done enough research but once all those connectors and wires were in front of me unconnected, I had to assimilate the diagrams and the actual wires to make sense of it. But I was finally able to figured it out. I still need to ensure they're aimed correctly. Does anyone have a tip/tutorial on that procedure? Thanks..
on your headlights where you adjust them...make sure you lube those up...yours could be dry , and hard to turn...which could lead to stripping them out..and you can not replace that part on the headlights..so lube them up prior to adjustment..and your good to go!

Is the long horizontal adjuster for the up/down adjustment, and the one down to the left for side to side?
Is there a certain amount of feet you park from a wall, and then adjust so the strongest part of the beam is so many feet above the ground?

I parked about 20 feet away from my garage door when I aimed my lights. Below is my thread from a couple years ago where I asked the same thing. The responses offer great tips and provide examples on how to aim the lights.
My tip is to remove the black plastic shrouds. It's easier than trying to position the torx screw driver through the access hole.

I too am running these... only mine were modded by Radio flyer... alot more that $330!!
Well worth the $$ though in my opinion. Really lights things up at night.
Very reasonable. Where did you buy the lamps/ballasts and what temp are those?
Those are 6000K,. I'll send you a pm where I got them, later today. It did take me a while to complete the install. I think it was worth the effort. If I have to go back again it'll be much easier..

I had to aim mine down a bit from the recommended settings to avoid getting flashed by oncoming cars...keep that in mind...a blinded oncoming car can drift into your lane!

Is that the Bi-Xenon conversion that uses the same projector for high beam use? If so, do you feel it was worth the extra $300?
