I just bought at the right time what can I say.Full disclosure though my wife does have an 09 Camry.

I read and I wonder at times why we have a few wise asses on here I guess they have nothing else to do but read and wait for the chance to jump onto another owner like they will me... I bought my car for me and me alone.. It was not bought for some jerk to park on top of it,or for someone to blow leaves into etc.
I have a lot of money and time wrapped up into what I call my pride and joy.. It's not for some redneck that hates my car to destroy or what ever the case maybe
It belongs to me and I take great pride in my 2002 Z06 that has 19,000 miles on it , yea it's just like brand new and as long as I own this car it will be taken care and maintained like its my Corvette !
I have a lot of money and time wrapped up into what I call my pride and joy.. It's not for some redneck that hates my car to destroy or what ever the case maybe
It belongs to me and I take great pride in my 2002 Z06 that has 19,000 miles on it , yea it's just like brand new and as long as I own this car it will be taken care and maintained like its my Corvette !

on a side note. A few weeks ago I was driving my freshly cleaned vette and a guy who was blowing the grass mess of the side walk saw me coming and actually stopped and gave me the thumbs up as I drove by.

Although I haven't seen anyone saying that feeling that way is wrong. I believe we're all in agreement that anyone that would do anything disrespectful to another person's car should be packed into a cannon and shot into a nearby brick wall.

I think there is no denying that Corvettes do tend to bring out the jealousy in some. I also think they tend to bring out the car enthusiast in others.
Two quick examples:
-Driving into the rest area on I-95 south just inside the NC state line at the NC VA border, I stopped to allow an older couple to cross in the crosswalk. Was in the Corvette with the windows and top down. The man motioned me to go on. As I got next to him, he said, "Thanks but I wanted to see your car!"
-When driving the Corvette on interstates I've had many truckers allow me to pass before pulling into the passing lane when they had enough room to pull out in front of me.
