Hi, does anyone have pics of the C6 style splash guards on their C5? I keep busting the regular SG because they hang lower then the car. I also have side skirts on so do the C6 SG need to be notched out to fit? Thanks
Yes, just like that. If they are the Apsis(I think that's the name), I sent those back a couple years ago;just a pain to mold them to fit plus they sent me two right sided rears. Tell me about yours. Thanks
Use this 3M 'Splash guard panel Coating' Spray on a first coat, wait for it to flash over, about 30 seconds, hit it again and pull off the masking right away. If you leave it on too long you get a ragged white edge.
You use this on the side facing the tire. I forgot to mention it.
Has anyone installed them on both the front and rear.
Meflyfrc what is the cost and are they for just the rear well
Fred
I considered installing them on the front, but it was to much to trim using the c6z guards and I don't think I would've liked the look. Also, keep in mind that 0H1Z06 and I installed these because we installed the flared rear quarter panels. The c6z splash guards cost about $150/pair new.
Those are C6 SG fitting on a C5? How much and where to get them? Not much really showing, which is good and it won't cost so much to have them painted mag red. Thanks

I believe I paid ~$125 from a GM dealer (GM parts house maybe?) for the set with the little plastic retaining pins. I added black-painted stainless screws and nylon finishing washers to ensure a tight fit. The front guards are a near perfect match, but the rears required some trimming mostly on the area where it wraps around the bottom of the bumper.
