Wish I could help but here's a bump to the top to see if anyone else can. What are you building?

There is a very simple fix to both your problems, just as we emailed you yesterday. That alignment pin is simply an installation tool, takes absolutely no load, and is just pressed into the orange housing. Given that you've got the entire subframe removed and no engine installed you aren't going to need that alignment pin. Pull the pin out of the orange housing and flip the mount around 180 degrees. You will see absolutely no detrimental effects on performance or longevity by removing the pin. Occasionally the position of the hole in the factory subframe can be a little off, the pin is just there to make the mount a little easier to install but it absolutely does not have to be there for the mount to function properly.

This solution fixes both of your problems. The mount will now sit flush onto the subframe so you can properly bolt it up, and the laser etched Pfadt logos are now turned the same direction.

If you have any questions please let me know. My email address is jarrett@pfadtracing.com, or you can reach me at 1-888-972-2464.
