is Canadian 87 or 91 Octane the same as US 87 or 91 Octane ?

Does Canada require 10% EtOH in the gasoline?

Last time I was in Nova Scotia they had a 10% ethanol sticker on the pump, and a max of 91 octane.

This is actually the majority everywhere (max 91 Octane). Sunoco has max 94 but they were taken over by Petro Canada but as far as I know in Ontario they did not convert all Petro Canada stations to provide 94 Octane, only the Sunoco stations that already had it! Basically if I want 94 I have to go out of my way to get it

I just don't get why high test is 15 cents more a liter, 15 cent more a gallon may be alright but a liter, we are getting the shaft,
