When I bought my car it had the silver "corvette" decals in the recessed "corvette" on the dash. I paid for the car, pulled out of his driveway, pulled over and peeled those ridiculous stickers off the dash...and off the rear bumper cover too. I wish the car didnt say "corvette anywhere on it at all.
Someone should publish a list of "what you can't do" on a Corvette. Like it's okay to put Z06 stuff on a Z06 but you can't put a Z06 badge on it.
As a I read the forum daily about guys being told what looks good and what doesn't look good on a Corvette, I can't help but wonder if their voice is the Corvette conscience of "right and wrong" or is their voice just the loudest.
After seeing some of the pics on this thread I still say nooooo way but I think it's for the wrong reasons. It doesn't look bad at all on those pictured it's just the idea that I can't stand. I think those stickers have been forever ruined by every peach fuzz moustache teenager with his flat billed hat turned slightly sideways and his wife beater on that drives a v6 mustang.

Same with mine. That stupid stuff came off the day I got it.
This is my ride.....At 191 mph, I could care less what anyone thinks. Then again, I don't care what anyone things when it is parked either. Its your ride.....do what you want.
