[Z06] Chrome GM Speedlines

Chrome GM Speedlines
I recently bought a 03 Z, it came with an additional set of rims and tires, they are chrome faced GM Speedlines.
I know that alot of people say they did not come in chrome but as the pictures show they are chrome and stamped GM, Italy and speedline.
So does anyone have facts on this....What year were these an option?
I am not a chrome fan and would trade for some stock Z Speedlines in grey or even painted black (minus the tires). I am sure the chrome would look great on my Silver Z but I think the black (unsure to go Gloss or Matte) would be even better. I would prefer a local trade would travel a little

Chrome wheels were not a factory option. If they're not the polished aluminum Z16 wheels, then they're standard Z06 wheels that were chromed after the fact. My car also came with chromed Speedlines, and I too am not a big fan of them. I would prefer polished wheels or the understated look of the stock ones. I'll probably upgrade to the TSW Interlagos next time my tires need changing, if I have the extra cash lying around.

I am not local to your area but do have a complete set of OEM grey's that are in great condition. They are boxed up and were heading out to be chromed. If you want to entertain the trade let me know.
