I use Wilwood Poly Q pads on the front and BP10 on the rear
very little dust. I just clean with a rag when dirty.

I have been using a Swiffer Duster on my wheels to take off the brake dust - just lightly run the duster across the barrels and face of the wheel and the brake dust just lifts off. Then I wipe down the wheels with a damp Absorber. One duster seems to be good for all four wheels and I clean them after each drive.

Put slotted rotors and GM ceramics on mine. No more (noticeable) dust! Was looking dirty pretty quick before. I use ReJex on the wheels (and paint) so they clean up very easily. Seems to depend on the rotors too, since I put the same pads on the wife's Vue Redline and the wheels still looked bad. I changed to the slotted rotors and they stay clean now. It had new rotors, but must have been cheapos.

Another fan of Armoural Wheel Protectorant, drove the car 150 miles to the track in the rain, four hours of track time and back home and the wheels still looked decent. Whipped them down with a couple of paper towels and the looked freshly washed. I also applied it to my brake hats and calipers and they clean up really nicely. Seems to last for about a season.

Another vote for ArmorAll Wheel Protectant. Make sure wheels are clean and dry, spray onto wheels and let dry (I wait overnight to drive car). Price is right and it is easy to use.

You can switch pads. The Carbotech 1521 is low dust performance street pad that is a 100% non corossive. Let me know I will be happy to help you.

The Carbotech™ 1521™ is our high performance street compound. The 1521™ compound is known for its release and modulation, along with unmatched rotor friendliness. 1521™ is also a very low dusting and low noise compound with an excellent initial bite. This compound's excellent linear torque production provides incredible braking force without ABS intervention. Carbotech™ 1521™ operating range starts out at ambient and goes up to 800°F (426°C+). 1521™ is suitable for ALL street cars, perfect for your tow vehicle or fleet vehicle. Carbotech™ 1521™ is NOT recommended for ANY track use.

You dont want to use anything like pledge.. it will leave a residue that will make road dirt and brake dust cling.. I use Zano car polish. It takes less than one minute to wipe down my 4 wheels..

I use HAWK HPS pads, they stop GREAT and dust less than stock pads. Ceramic Pads (GM) warped my rotors, and they stop poorly.

I also use a California Dash Duster (I labelled for wheels) to touch up wheels between car washes, WORKS GREAT !

I waxed my wheels with Mequiers Tech II car wax.

Good point. My DW stopped using Pledge on the furniture years ago for the same reason.
