Default Throttle body question

Just took off my intake for oil sender relocation/replacement and BBK intake manifold install and BBK 80mm TB (when they get here). My old fly by wire on TB has a wierd torx bolt with a nipple in the middle. NAPA will have the tool for this? Do I need to check resistance or something or does it just bolt up to Tb and done deal? What about TBS on the other side?

The screws are called "security torx head" and you can buy them most anywhere. As for the sensor, you don't need to measure or position it. Unbolt it and install into the new throttle body. You'll see how it engages once you remove it. Same for the motor side.
You may want to check your tune once you put the new goodies on.
