I am looking for an Ipod connection cable or AUX cable connector that is not to expensive. Im not sure if this cable is just a charger or does it also work as an AUX for an ipod? Also I want to keep the stock stereo.

I believe that's one component (of many) to enable iPod-to-stock-stereo interfacing. There are other components needed, including cables and adapters as well as an electronic gizmo that gives the iPod the appearance of a CD changer. Here's one example of a such a setup. And here are two complete kits (with CD changer and without). And here are a couple that are generic, not iPod specific (with CD changer and without).
