Sometimes into the 130's. Would be great in the summer but wonder if the engine gets rid of the condensation running that cold? I leave it run for a few before putting back in garage to get it back up to temp. I could easily block off the front vent for cold driving I guess but I rarely drive it any way. Does it hurt anything?
I have that hood with the front scoop filled in. The vert never runs below what the thermostat is set at. I think you may have something else going on. It has been out in the winter here with temps down close to zero and the temp stays about 180.

You say your vent is filled in. My hood has the perforated metal I installed with a whole bunch of holes in it about 1/8 in diameter. They are hard to see in the pictures but they are there. I have a feeling if I would block off the front vent it would run at normal temp also. I will try it with a piece of cardboard if I get the chance and find out!
