Default Small Towns Sux.....Sometimes

All I need is a simple -10 straight AN fitting for PTFE line. Simple in a big city, any race shop. Good thing is, we have summitt racing here. Um........NO It will take us till the 19th to get the part you need.

Sux

Cant put my car back together till I get that part. I might have to drive to cali to get it.

First. Reno. Small town?

Second. I'll take a small town over a city ANY day.

Well to clarify, I just moved here from Houston so in comparison,.......small LOL

Dont get me wrong, I love small towns and I do like this place, it can get frustrating at times however, when little parts are hard to find.

On a side note, since I could not get the PTFE fitting I needed, I went back to the old standard -10 AN. Cars back together finally. Now to take out the seats, frost king the inside, fix the rocking seat issue and change the seat foam bottom. At least the winter down time is good for something.

Look'n good there! All back together, see, small town parts are great!

Btw, what's all that white stuff laying on the ground and roofs? You've got a pretty good jag of snow there. THAT'S more than you had in Houston!

Small town? That's why I live 25 miles south. Reno is to big for me. All them city slickers! Not to mention all the transplants from west of the border.

Dayton, Oregon, pop 2500 is 6 miles from McMinnville (big city) pop 3200. Escaped the Portland metro area of 500,000.

Jegs is a good choice, McMaster Carr might be another.

Try a 1969 Mach 1 Fastback (Sports roof) project in Birchwood, Alaska (near Anchorage).

Can't find a part ? No problem, for the most shipping you have ever paid in your life, you can have it in 2 weeks.

I lived in Fairbanks, North Pole, Barrow and Wassilla. I know all about those shipping headaches.
