In 1994 My wife and I attended the Opening of the National Museum in Bowling Green. While there we purchased two "numbered posters" celebrating the opening. Duntof was being guarded in the VIP area and when the guard left to take a restroom break, I went into the VIP area had had him sign both of these posters. I had them matted and framed and they hang in my breakfast area.
Does anyone know if these are any value to a collector? Thanks for your help.

My mistake, brain cramp at my age. Thank you for your comment, it was very helpful.
We had lots of fun on that trip in 1994 .. we were driving a 1993 40th anniversary model. We drove from Chicago to Indianapolis on the first leg of our trip. There were 300 cars and the Indiana State Troupers closed all the entrance ramps to I-65 south and let us open the cars up. Then in Indianapolis we had lunch, compliments of GM and then we got to drive a lap in the Speedway. What fun, will never forget that trip.
Thanks again
Dick

I would think there would be some value to the posters if signed by Duntov - just not sure what someone would pay for them. Pretty cool item to have in a Corvette collection though.

There was a story in the news about 8 months ago, I thought it was in New Jersey...... it was East Coast or MidWest area.
The head LEO in that area was doing just this, closing a section of the interstate, with an LEO escort, so some big dollar car club could drive on the interstate at high speeds. I forget what he was getting out of the deal.
Obviously he was in trouble for using public assets and spending public money to cater to a small group.
It caught my attention because, after spending 31 years as an LEO, I couldn't believe the arrogance of that LEO agency.

It was in New Jersey. Had a lot of Ferraris and Lamborghinis speeding down the Garden State Parkway. Leos leading and trailing the caravan got in a lot of trouble.
