I've got a 2004 C5 and I love it !!! I have driven the heck out of it since I got it and now have 117,000 miles on it. I think it will keep going as long as I service it properly. I have finally had a problem, and that is my passenger side rear wheel Tire Pressure Moinitor has crapped out. I get a message on the DIC to check the TPM monitor and when I show the individual tire pressure it reads R "XXX". Anyone know of an inexpensive place to buy a new one, the Chevy dealer around here wants about $100 for the part and who knows what to replace it.
Thanks. You are right, he wants $41.00 per. If it is that inexpensive, I might just get enough to replace them all (a set of 4).

That's a great price and if one has failed the others will follow. Nine years is about right for the life of the batteries. It's worth getting all 4 replaced at the same time
Thanks everyone. I'm either going to get them from Gene (he want $41.00 each) and the tire place I use wants $40.00 each to install, or they will sell me the TPM sensor they have (not genuine GM but "almost" exactly the same) and install and train for $75/tire out the the door.

Welcome to the Corvette Forum
$75 per tire installed and programmed? That's a low price, good find
Thanks. The place is America's Tires. I have gotten 3 sets of Kuhmo run-flats from them since I've been replacing my tires and I've not has any issues with them (the store) since I've been dealing with them.
