Default Bad Experience

Purchased some splash guards from RPI, did not fit the wheel opening arch, agreed with Josh to return and he would refund cost. Did everything he requested, now no refund or return E-mails and he is not answering the phone, so I am warning everyone buyer beware, I'm out $310.00.

Josh took care of this same afternoon as the posting, wow that's what I call leverage from the forum

Hopefully you put them on a credit card and can stop payment - that usually works if you follow their procedure

I've been an RPI customer for years and always been impressed with Josh and their customer service. I can't imagine this situation isn't one that will resolve quickly.

When did this occur? Any chance it just takes a little time for the credit to get processed ? I've often found that issues are more the banks than the vendor . . .

Good luck - -

Give Josh a chance, I know he'll make it right. He does get busy and travles to shows so he may not be in the office. Before posting this you should have notified an administrator to contact RPI To get help with this dispute.

I'm not sure who you are, but I can assure you that you are not out $310.00. We will refund your money right away if we owe the money to you. Please PM or email me your phone number and name and I will take care of it today. If you called while I was in the paint booth you might have missed me. A guy just told me via EMAIL to check out this thread and this is how I found this.

Thank you
Josh

I agree with CQRT and Bill Vett.

RPI has done good for me too. Even when I had a problem they took care of it.

Hopefully it will work out ok.

Sounds like RPI has there stuff together now--very good.
I had a similar problem several years ago and it was never
resolved. I stopped doing business with them. Finally relented
and tried them again with good results. It's good that RPI is
trying to save customers now. Bravo...............
