Default New member intro

Hello all,

I purchased my first Vette back in June. I have been lurking, learning and finally wanted to post some pics. It is a '98 and had 55k miles when I purchased it. I have been slowly modding away since I got it and have added a CAI, Z06 mufflers, C6 shift **** and am now working on the stereo. Big thanks to the forum and DD mods for the stereo help as I went with double din mod and added a sub to the factory speakers. Next, will be wheels this spring if I can ever decide on any.

to the OP: as you'll find out, there are two distinct camps on the BSMs. Either love 'em or hate 'em. The antis are the most vocal for some strange reason. Why they care what I have on my car boggles my mind, so I just ignore the comments. I personally like 'em... to each their own.

Your comments about the antis' position on the BSM issue can almost mirror that of the pro vs. anti gun arguments. More often than not will the anti gunner (anti BSM) try to bully their opinion onto another, where the pro gunner (pro BSM) will just enjoy their guns (BSM) without the soap box. I personally favor them.

Geez - where are my manners! Welcome. Your car is nice.

Thanks again. Personally, I can't even notice the BSM because I think the wheels really don't help the car. I have really noticed the wagon wheels date the car the most.

I don't know guys, seems to me the pro BSM camp is just a little too sensitive, maybe, hmmmmm ?

By the way, love your choice of color!
