Best: This is hard, probably my ECS dry sump LS7 build. But my CCWs are what really changed the whole character of my car visually. Gotta go with the heart though, motor wins.
Worst: RPS Twin Light Clutch. Basically a heavy on-off switch that made me want to leave the car on the side of the road every time I hit stop 'n go traffic. (to be fair, I'm not knocking RPS, quality wise it was a good product and shifted great at high rpm, but the light-weight version was a BEAR on the street... lesson learned)
Best mod: Heated seats. Perfect to extend the top down season in a Vert
Worst Mod: Rear view camera. Absolutely useless. The one I bought had to be tuned to a frequency and it kept losing tune. Even when it worked it was a chocolate teapot! It last a few months.
Best? Believe it or not-Leave in place jacking pucks.
Worst? I don't mod much so I have none that I regret. But if I had to pick one it would be the MA console cover. It's comfy but it looks poofy, kinda like the Goodyear doughboy.
I'm basing my best on the difference it made for my car vs what I paid.
Best- HRE 547R Wheels, Racemesh Grilles, or the Brakemotive rotors/pad forum deal.
Worst - Some polished aluminum fuel rail covers(FRCs) They look great but mount all offset and look like azz. Couple hundred down the drain.
Ruff wheels. Had a bubble under the chrome and they wouldn't waranty them as it was over a year. My fault for not catching it earlier. They just looked cheap and I never really liked them. Now that I have the HRE's on, it seriously is night and day. Even made the brakes look better.
Worst - Verticle doors, I just don't use the feature that much. The doors open enough horizontal to get in and out. Proper fit was a bitch to obtain, I still have one door off.
Best: CCW's!! Changed the look of the car.
Worst: HID's..took a while to get them all mounted and working...worked 4 times before the ballast took a dump...jerked them out and put the crappy stockers back in.
