First Vette and first upgrades

Hello all. Finally got a C5 after working on so many over the years. Its a 99 convertible with 13k and couldn't wait to start the upgrades and start driving it. First thing I did was re-tint the windows and put a new clear bra on it. After looking at some of the pics in the forum I thought I would see what the lights and lower bumper looked like blacked out as well. Not sure on the lights but the lower bumper I like. After claying and a deep clean it got dirty in the rain so no finished pics outside. Will throw a few up of the work in progress. Once it gets nice I will get proper pics. Wheels, black top and exhaust coming soon. Oh...the tips are going so cut me some slack.

Look at your front and rear sway bar end links. If they are orginal they are plastic and need to be replaced. The newer C5's are made of metal and a very easy fix. Car will handle alot better.

Congrats on getting your C5. The clear bra is a very good mod to help protect the front end. I like the lower portion of the rear fascia blacked out and good decision to replace the exhaust tips.
