Default 2014 Vette @ NYC Car Show

Spent the day at the show yesterday. The Stingray looks awesome in person but that rear facia still doesn't look right to me !

Here's a nice "rear end" shot !

I don't think it will be moved. C5 owners may be convinced to consider the C7 once they get a good look at it.

What's the point of moving a thread to the C7 General section when the info applies to all generations?

And I guess I'll say it first. What a great model!

Nice pics, especially the addition of the ones with the model in them.

Default two things for certain

Only two things for certain, about this photo:

In ten years, someone will love that car and be polishing it, moding it, driving it, and posting photos of it on the Corvette Forum.

And the girl in the photo will weigh 75 to 100 pounds more than she does now!

I think it should be moved, there is a C7 Forum for a reason if anyone wants to consider the C7 that is the place to go.

Went to an All Corvette show recently. There were two really nice C1's, both red with the beige cove. There was an awesome C2 - really done up nice. Everyone was taking pictures of this C3 that was painted purple. PURPLE! There weren't many C4's though. I was surprised. There were no C5's or C6's at all. I guess people still think of those as relatively current.

I can hardly wait for a car show that showcases the all new ... Oh what the heck do they call it? ... I cannot remember! ... I'll have to get back to you on that one.

The legs are all right, a little chunky, but I like the LT1 exhaust manifolds; would they fit on an LS1? They probably flow better than C5 shorty headers.

I agree that the back of the car doesn't look right but we're just going to have to get over it.

I agree 100%! Kankles!!! My wife is constantly reminding me that men with no necks are going to have a heart attack...I have a neck...so I tell her that all women with kankles will get fat...she does not have kankles...

I don't know why I went there...probably because of a C7 thread in the C5 section...or more likely because it's Friday and the weekend is near, but I haven't even started drinking yet!

Anyway, have a great weekend everyone...

GM give the new Vette Camaro lights then dumps them..If you look at the 2014 Camaro those rear taillights are gone..

I still don't like the back of the car. The new logo looks like a Firebird logo, they could have done a much better design job in trying to make the C7 look like a Corvette and not a Camaro.
