I hope you have your flame suit on - there is a group of people on this forum that believe you should drive the wheels off your car, and if you only drive it on weekend or nice days you are a threat to all that is good and decent in the world.

Good luck, and don't get defensive!
not at all, flame on, working 6-7 days a week, and putting at LEAST 100 miles, when i can on the vert, so i put 200 miles just on the weekends, yea its all good
Unhook the sensor for the speedometer, and *magically* kilometers wont add up!
But you wont have cruise control, or any mileage/gas or computer functions.

It helps that I have about a 55 mile daily rountrip commute 5 days a week.
Then on the weekends, I have a summer place that is a 200 mile roundtrip so it has added up.
Then there have been the Long Island/Connecticut/Vermont/Maine trips. I'm getting my money's worth and the car has less problems when it is run, right?

Bought my 2000 MN6 in April 08 with 49K and it just turned 57K. So not an extreme amount of driving, as I am out of country a lot, but she is no garage queen and I love driving her. Side note: I was in Bruges Belgium last month and while walking around this very old 15th Century city with narrow cobblestone streets and a ton of tiny smart cars parked everywhere, what do I run across but a red C5 coupe with Belgium plates. Hung around for a while to see if the owner would come out but they didn't. Would have liked to chat with a C5 Belgium owner and share information!
2003 105k -- bought it in late July with 102k....paid just what I wanted for it because it is now my daily driver.
Would be more miles on it but I went on vacation for 17 days and took the motorcycle for a 4500 mile jaunt. My motorcycle has 23 k in the last 2 years.
I know me...I have no patience or will power to put something in the garage and have maintain it but not drive/ride it like some do. I buy my toys to drive/ride them. To each their own...
