Bought an 03 Z06 a month ago with 14k miles on it. It's got almost 16k now and i plan to drive it whenever I want.

In fact, I drove it to work today thinking it was going to rain just so I'll stop caring if it's perfectly clean all the time It's a damn car which was made to be driven. I've never understood buying something and not using it.

98 6 speed vert: 131,000 kms. Not too many issues, new water pump, just changed the plugs and wires for first time, new tires as well. Running very well here in the North.

I like driving 'em too but for some people it just can't be done daily (have a work vehicle... tow a lot, entertain customers, etc).

Plus miles have to be split with the Buell!

Purchased mine middle of August with 15,600 miles.
Now has 20,400 miles. Average about 800 miles a week.
I have been enjoying it!

My philosophy has always been to drive or ride the vehicles, that's what they were designed to do.

Otherwise, just take a picture of your favorite toy and post it in the garage. You'll get the same value out of it. Except the picture will cost you less.

108,000 miles on my 98, but you'd never know it by the way it looks and by the way it drives. It still looks and feels fresh.

I bought mine to use strictly as a toy. I still can't quite figure out why it bothers some people so much how I drive/use a car that I paid for. I've got way too much money tied up in it to drive it on a daily basis. Actually, I've been showing it more and driving it less. It's my first and last Corvette and I'm not concerned about resale value. If something happens to me, my son gets it.
