I bought mine to use strictly as a toy. I still can't quite figure out why it bothers some people so much how I drive/use a car that I paid for. I've got way too much money tied up in it to drive it on a daily basis. Actually, I've been showing it more and driving it less. It's my first and last Corvette and I'm not concerned about resale value. If something happens to me, my son gets it.

I will not go any further, on this but you know were you can
Why do these posts always go down hill? It happens over and over again. Someone asks a simple question and it turns negative. For those of you who drive your car on a daily basis, God bless you. For those of you who have garage queens, God bless you. Personally, I couldn't care one way or another if you drive your car or not. If driving your car every day is what makes you happy, that's great. If you only drive it once a week or even less, that's fine with me. It's odd that we all share the same passion, and yet we're critical of how someone else enjoys their car. If it makes you happy . . . that's all that counts.
I hope you have your flame suit on - there is a group of people on this forum that believe you should drive the wheels off your car, and if you only drive it on weekend or nice days you are a threat to all that is good and decent in the world.
Must have taken you awhile to think up such a clever retort. Toss in some more smiley faces next time too. I'm leaving to drive my Corvette home now, maybe you can go back to sharing some quality staring time with you Corvette to collaborate on another brain-tingling come back.
