Wired so when the car is running the lights are on. Unless the head lights are on.

And what is that black plastic thing on the right side of the passenger fog light opening?

I'm curious to see what it looks like from a distance too. I have always liked the distinct look of just the fog lights being on with LED parking lights in the corner housings.
