What bulbs are recommended for upgrading the headlights?

I just got some cheap HID replacement low beams. A literally night and day difference. They don't have perfect beam focusing, due to using the stock housings, but after you adjust them are a huge improvement for not much money.

I'm looking at these bulbs on summit racing. They say that I may need to modify my harness. I figure this is a general note for upgrading bulbs. Did you have any issues?
