The best you can do is subscribe to a thread and it will be in your CP, It is at the top of a thread called Thread Tools.

with Mr.Bill. One other thing I do is save the post to a Word document - makes for a nice library of information for future use. However, it does take a lot longer to do it this way than just subscribing to the thread.

Or, just save the bookmark while viewing that favorite thread. Rename it to whatever will remind you of the subject matter, and you can reload it any time you want.

Depending on what browser you're using (I use Firefox) I save the post as a complete web page to a folder named with the subject on my hard drive. That way if any link to photos get broken in the future, which happens often, I have them.

I like to use the Favorites bookmarking. I have a Corvette folder and a lot of subfolders for various topics. If you what to locate a thread or post you have done you can do a Forum search and just put in your Forum name. It will show everything you have done as Thread or Post. You can then just click on it and it will bring up that topic from the Forum whether it is current or old.
