That Corsa Pace Car exhaust sounds awful. Very raspy and "fluttery". Like a muffler someone punched holes in. Please tell me the tone sounds better with long-tubes and an X-pipe...
I have the Corsa Pace "Daytona" system, and they're not even a little bit raspy. This is the 5th catback I've tried, and the best compromise of loud to quiet. I installed my LTs HFcatsX when I had Borla Stingers, and it was just too loud for me, but mean. The "fluttery" sound is usually caused by the stock H-pipe.
Sorry about the dirty tips, and off-center shot, but it was to show 325 rear fitment. The Daytona tips are louder than some other tip styles, due to their horn effect.
When the car was new, I put Borla Stingers on it. I didn't like the "Borla" name stamped on the tips. I also did not like how Borla's tips were rolled; they accumulated lots of soot (I don't detail my car every week or every month). Also, I wasn't crazy about the Stinger sound. I replaced the Borla's wiith B&B Bullets & to this day, I'm happy with them (looks & sound).
Try the XSPower exhaust. Great sound, no drone, not as loud as stingers/bullets, and a good bit cheaper. I ended up going back to the Ti's because my girlfriend was just against any increase in volume, but the XSPower system was awesome sounding. I received several compliments from strangers after stopping for gas, etc. I think I have vids of it in my sig still.
I spent countless hours listening to every exhaust out there by video and in person. I went with the GHL Bullets and could not be happier after a year.
Quality, fit and finish (completely polished stainless) is second to none and the sound is awesome. I am running TPIS long tubes, HFC and x pipe. Zero drone, quiet at low RPM and sound wicked at WOT. I get compliments on the sound all the time.
Check out Toques videos on Youtube comparing the Borla and GHL. Toque was a major deciding factor for my purchase. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I couldn't have said it better myself. I constantly get compliments on the sound of my car.
