See thru targa top

I recently purchased a clear top. It's in good condition. What's the prefered method for maintaining it to ensure it will stay in good condition?

The tops do not require too much up keep. The only thing I might add would be to LOCK IT DOWN!

A Lot of guys wax the top with the same product they use on the body.

I use a product called Plexus. I have used this on motorcycle windshields with very good results.

It's not cheap but it's worth it.

Good question!!! While in my search I looked at several cars that appeared to have checking/crazing in the top. Would that be caused by too much sun?

I'd like to keep mine as nice as it is today as well.

Car cover!

Do your car's paint, leather seats, and top a favor and buy a car cover. My polycarb targa top is in perfect condition because my car is covered while the never-ending CA sun beats down on it, a few times per week.
