Z06 prices
I see pristine sub-30k mile Z06's advertised for around 25k, but I don't see them sell for that much on eBay. What does a very nice Z06 sell for nowadays?

Low mileage <30k will fetch 27-30k. My red car has 40k and honestly looks like 5k. One would not touch it for less than 30.
Just sold a yellow 02 with 58k for 21.5k, it was a nice car but not near as nice as my red car.
Cars will fetch what a person is willing to pay.

condition is the big variable on ebay. since most drones simply look at mileage and have no idea how to properly access a car there are deals with 50k mile 2002 cars going for 17k and the like. the miles are often very aggressive, lot of track time etc. i would gladly pay 20k for a 50-60k mile car that was babied and only street driven. that said they are difficult to find in the z06. i waited about 9 months before i found one at a good deal.
a 100k mile z06 driven up and down the freeway will have virtually no wear on the engine, transmission or rear end
a road raced ls6 is good for 200-300 hours max
what you want to be hunting for is some old man owned collector car that was either driven on weekends or nothing more than a daily driver on freeways. those cars are worth paying more for.
i would never touch a track mule unless it had solid records and logs AND i was going to use it for the same purpose
nice cars always sell above what you see on ebay
also keep in mind it's VERY easy to alter mileage on one of these cars. all you need is a different cluster

I picked up my 03 z06 with 26k on the clock 2 years ago for 23k.

I found an old man (like me) show car TR Z06 with 21K miles for $22,000 last fall. I thought it was a great deal. Only driven to local car shows over the last 10 years. Won a bunch of prizes and never tracked. I am a happy guy, but I drive it a bit more than the previous owner

I have a 01 z06 with 100k miles. Commuter only. About 9k miles a year. I bought for 15k. 98% pristine. Had all recalls done. Just need tires. People can say I overpaid depending on where you live.

how? unless they are salvage or rough it's extremely rare to see a c5z go under 15

I paid $27,000 for my 2004 Z06 Commemorative edition 20k miles at that time. I bought it in Dec 2011.
asking price was $28,750 I fell in love with it the second the owner opened the garage. I would have paid his asking price, if he wasn't willing to come down, but he did.
