Default Need help diagnosing a problem - videos

I need help diagnosing this problem.

As you can see my RR wheel has side to side play ( no top to bottom play). Originally I thought it was the hub/bearing assembly but that was replaced only a year ago.
In the second video you can see the tie rod moving slightly. Could the problem be the tie rod ball joint? And if the tie rod is moving I would assume the whole knuckle is moving and therefore the problem should not be the hub, right?

I didn't see anything moving behind the rotor, That leads me to believe wheel bearings, How is the other side?

The other side is fine. Last year I hit a curb on the RR and bent the tie rod. I had the tie rod and RR hub replaced and upgraded all four rims to ZR1 replicas.
This is part of the reason I think it might have something to do with the lower tie rod end / ball joint looking connection.

You know, I enlarged the video and it does like there is some movement in the ball joint.

That's what I thought too. Of course, it was easier to see in person.
I'm going to have to search how to replace that.

I like the new avatar by the way.

Default Outer Tie Rod End

Looks like the outer tie rod end to me. I just replace mine at 70,000 miles and they were both shot. I had the same type of side to side play when the wheel was gripped at 9 and 3 o'clock.

Grab the tie rod and try to move it. It shouldn't have any play in it. It looks like yours does.

Thanks everyone.

How serious of a problem is this. Aka am I okay to drive on it for a week or two?

I'm either going to go with VBP tie rod ends or a bump steer kit.
