What's My Cam
Just wondering if any of you knowledgeable guys can tell me what cam I have. I bought my ’03 Z modded and cammed. The dealer advertised it having an “LG Motorsport Cam”, it also has Blackwing SLP Cold Air Intake, and Long Tube Headers. The dyno-tune revealed 420 RWHP. Anyway it doesn’t really matter since I love my Z just the way it is, for now and I have no regrets that I bought it already modded.

Speaking of which, I grew up in Hialeah, my wife is from Lantana, raised my children in Miramar, Pembroke Pines and Cooper City. However my youngest daughter maried a fellow with a bass boat and hunting land, so we all ended up here in Deep East Texas at least 60 miles from the nearest traffic jamb.

Any more info on the car? Do you know who owned it??
Don't know if we did the install here or it was done mail order. Most of the G5X3 cam's with LT's put down 420-435 rwhp so it is within the range....

Thank you for your input Anthony. Looks like it was a Houston car, bought and serviced at Mac Haik Chevvrolet from 12/02 until 11/09. In that time it had waranty work done so it probobly did not have the cam mod then. The last owner had it from 1/10 until 6/12 probobly when the cam was installed. I bought it from Corvette Warehouse in 8/12 and they bought at auction 6/12 but have no info except the sales ad that listed the mods including LG Motorsport Cam.
