Can anyone tell me how people can drive Corvettes, Mustangs, Camaros, and other cars around with no plates at all without getting stopped? I don't know how many times we saw cars without plates but it was a lot.
I was behind a black C5 (on Interstate 15) with tinted glass, and no plates, if I drove two miles without a plate on my C5 I would get stopped.

How many times have you been passed on the highway by someone going 20-25 mph over the limit and never see them stopped? If it were me, I'd be stopped every mile or so if I kept up that speed. 
Same principle seems to work for cars running no plates. If it were my car, I'd be pulled over every time I drove the car.

My experience is that I can not get away with much. When I do get stopped there's not much conversation. It's mostly, "I've stopped you for speeding. Driver's license and insurance please." Then after I give those to the officer it's "I'll be right back." Then after I sign the ticket it's "Have a nice day. Drive safe."
