remote entry
I have set the memory for seat position etc.. When I get in usuing the FOB I notice that the #2 memory light is lite not the #1. I just set them both the same so it works for me but why is that happening. #1 should display. I am using the #1 FOB. I checked. Any suggested fixes. It is OK but it is just not right. :confused:

I read in the C5 manual when I had my coupe that if you set #2 memory FIRST, the vette will always go to that setting first! I believe the dealer can reset your remote...someone chime in here if I am wrong on the last part there!

Just reset your FOBS.
Go to options, til you get the blank DIC. Hold reset for about 3 seconds and "Training FOBS" message comes up. Hit reset and it will tell you to press lock and unlock on FOB one. Hold them until it says FOB one trained. Then do the same for two. When it asks for three, just hit Odometer and you should be good.
