Default True or False ...

I spoke with a , lets say friend today about members here on the forum that do not own a corvette ...
If so why in the world would a person do such a stupid act .... Who is not a real owner or will we ever know ...

Some people just don't have anything else to to do I believe.
They feel better about themselves downgrading others cars. Whenever you ask em well what do you have for having such a loud mouth? "crickets"....

NHOLDS, there's a bunch of non corvette owners on here just lurking about and the OP is wondering why...

Stupid act??

I wasn't aware that being a present owner of a Vette was a requirement for membership! Why would you find it strange that non-owners would be on this forum?

What about people who enjoy everything Corvette and hope to own one eventually?

I just ask a question that's all .... Me personally if I did not own my beauty
I'd be bass fishing.... And not be pretending I have a car ... Good God ...

Nope, but it does prove that you at least have SOME taste... Edit: Just to clarify, coming HERE is what shows your taste, not the Stang...

Heck for years when I had my '85 I wasn't even here. I hung out at the Crossfire Injection Vault site. Often wonder what became of the guys that haunted there after its demise.

Then when I got my C5, this place just made the best sense. If I didn't have one, I probably wouldn't be here, but that'd make too many people happy...

James, Here in my opinion..
I think there are some members that have a love for a Corvette and haven't been able to get one yet, Maybe raising a family, Lack of funds who knows, If someone loves the Corvette and can't quite get one yet what is the next best thing to do?
Join a Corvette forum, Gives them a chance to know about the car and see a lot of nice pictures..

Well....the bank owned mine not too long ago.

But it is ALL mine now.....

But I've still been here all that time.

Seriously, I'm not sure I can tell who here doesn't own one.

Now....in CFOT, there are some questionable folks that I do wonder about.

I was a member months before I got my first Vette, it could have been years but I found one I like sooner than I thought I would.

I used this site for valuable info leading up to my purchase. I lurked for months before being an owner.

Seems like the op fits the perceived Corvette Owner's stereotype.

I owned my vette for yrs before I joined up and I only found out about C.F. by chance when I was looking to sell her to by a 08 C6Z06 I meet the guys from the Nor-Cal section on the freeway and one person said put it up forsale here. Never bought the C6 saved my money and dropped 15k into my motor and drive trian.

Can't hate on people that wants to be part of something popular. I would think that an individual who is going to buy a corvette may be "test driving" this forum, learning all they can, and will have somewhere to go once they make the move. Can't blame them for that. For me it was the other way around, first the vette, then the forum. But it's all good. For all you potential vette owners out there, welcome.
