Console cover color question
I just received a silver/black console cover to install in my 2002 coupe with light gray/pewter interior and the silver color is way to bright to match the seats. Has anyone purchased a pewter color cover for that interior? How well did that it match the light gray? I really like the covers but don't want to pay for all the shipping necessary to find out that they just don't match the color well enough. Thanks.

I thought of a local shop for the job but they cant put the design on the cover without charging a fortune. I am going to switch out the silver for a pewter color and keep my fingers crossed. I'll post how it looks when I get it.

I had the light gray/pewter interior in my '03 - I went with a console lid cover from Vette Essentials. Matched perfectly.

For an '03 it's called shale I believe, which isn't quite the same as the light gray in the earlier models like my '00. They're close, but not quite a match.

Below is a picture of my interior that matched up the GM gray.
The picture below represents the color a little more accurately as you can see the gray piping on the seats compared to the exterior.
