I'm shopping around for some clear corners for my C5Z. Have any of you guys personally bought these versions off of ebay?

I know the price of them is a lot cheaper then other places but, how is the fitment quality etc. I also understand these days you get what you pay for but if i can save some bucks and still receive a good product then no harm done. They look just like any other ones that are offered else where...

I'd be interested in responses as well. Both of mine have 'age cracks' and I would like to replace them with something 'crisper'. I have LED bulbs in there now, I think for the running lights.

Those look nice. I haven't seen a set with that gray trim. I've also been considering going with the clear lens corners as well.

I haven't heard of the seller before. Perhaps forum vendors JW Motoring or RadioFlyer have something similar as they both have great reputations on the forum.

I have a set of ebay corners. This is my 2nd set. First set was on a previous vette. I haven't had issues with either of them. Here are pics from different angles. Note that I added Switchback LEDs as well.

I went with an ebay set quite a few years ago and ended up buying another set (from JWM) to replace them. The lens' started to exhibit the classic crazing and milkyness after a year. I ended up selling those cheap, to a tinting/black out specialist.

I should have just purchased from a forum vendor in the first place.

Just a reminder:

Members are not prohibited from mentioning it when they have a good (or bad, for that matter) experience with a non-supporting vendor. But such mentions cannot be so specific (address, phone number, e-mail address, URL, price, part number, offer to send contact information via PMs, etc.) or so frequent that they become marketing and promotional references.

I got mine off ebay for $49 bucks, no hazing, no milkiness, no nothing still looks as clear as the day I put them on 2 years ago. I even split them open to add my own LED strip and sealed them back together...no issues.

I bought a set off the auction site and had JWMotoring tint/paint them for me and they turned out great. Fitment was fine.

I bought the clear corner/ projector combo from hdautosports on the auction site. My original HID bulbs would not transfer from the C5 housing to the projectors. I had to use a later model bulb.

Everything else is good, but it's only been a few months.

Bought a set from an E bay seller, forget the brand, went with LED Switchbacks, been on for a season and no problems.

Get them Maxx. The place Toque got his doesn't sell them anymore. I'll be getting a set for my car soon and that's where I'll be buying them from. I will say that I bought a stock corner light from that seller and have no complaints at all with the quality and price.

The ones on eBay are made by the same company as the ones sold by the vendors here. My friend bought from a vendor, I bought from eBay. Exactly the same product.

It's a LOT of work to add the LED's Max. Be prepared. Practice your swearing beforehand and make sure no children under 17 are around.

I've bought several sets from ebay and my recommendation would be to use LED bulbs with them. From my experience the stock bulbs will melt the surroundings. Once I changed to LED bulbs, I have had nothing but good luck with the lenses.
