Default Code C1243 (ABS and traction lights)

I know it's my ecbm but i'm reading that it depends on what code you get. Any suggestions?

I get U1064 (loss of connection with ECM) & U1016 (loss of connection with PCM) at least once a week. But only when I reverse out of my garage. Go figure. I turn off the engine, clear & reset till the next time.
Once I got C1226 (excessive wheel spin).

C1243 is a BPMV stalled code. In a nut shell it means the pump can be drawing too high of current. There are grounds that can checked for the motor, one is right next to the BPMV on the frame rail. On mine, when I connect an external 12V supply, it would blow a 20 amp fuse I had in line. I ended up replacing the BPMV on mine but it was toast. Search C1243 for starters to gain some info. Some say fresh brake fluid but it takes a Tech II to manually operate the pump ( yes ther are other ways). Others will chime in.
