Default Got on it today
I have a 99 automatic. Usually when I punch it from a dead stop my tires break loose and spin with a bit of a fishtail. Today They didn't. Plenty of power though and still had the usual spin when it hit 2nd. It's been really hot out, could that cause the tires to be stickier causing this?

Hot tires always have more traction than cold tires.

Hotter air is less dense.
Less dense air equals less power.
